SHIOK treats our guests to a unique dining experience through great tasting food, a clean and beautiful ambiance, relaxing music and excellent service. When you stepped into the restaurant, you will be awed by the decor, which is contemporary yet retaining the Asian Old World Charm. Shiok serves authentic Singaporean and Asian cuisines. Shiok was cited by Roger Brooks International as the Best Asian Restaurant in Idaho and one of the best in the Northwest. Shiok was voted by Boise Best Bites as the Best Restaurant in Elmore County for 2017 and 2018. Shiok can host your parties here or we can prepare party trays for that special event at home. Please call to make your reservations. We offer gift certificates as well. Shiok is conveniently located 1 mile north of the Mountain Home Air Force Base Main Gate.

We had the orange chicken, it was tender white meat with a touch of spice. We also tried the lemon chicken which was also outstanding! I highly recommend trying this restaurant. Easily the best Asian cuisine in Mountain Home!

Chose this restaurant from customer reviews. Driving across country & drove 12 miles from our hotel to eat here. First impression was to turn around & leave. Looks like a run down house from the outside & was in the middle of nowhere. Decided to stay since we had made the drive. Inside the decor was very cheap looking but we were seated quickly & placed our order. Food arrived quickly although my husband got his meal & mine did not arrive for several minutes. Both dishes beef & broccoli & garlic chicken were delicious. Glad we stayed enjoyed the meal but could definitely use some updating

Great Asian dining restaurant. Staff was very friendly. The food was well prepared and delicious. The owner had worked at Mt. Home AFB and has put up some air force artifacts on display. Not five-star for being fancy but by far better than your average off base restaurant.

The salt and pepper tofu is killer! The tofu in brown sauce is amazing too. So nice when veggie dishes aren't neglected on a menu. Can't wait to try the others.

This is the best Chinese restaurant in the valley. We go here once, twice a year (we live in Boise), but even my younger daughter remember that this is the place they get good food. They are from Singapore, so the dishes taste differently than regular Chinese restaurant. My favorite dish is the Sliced Fish with Black Bean Sauce. The fish is cooked wonderfully, so tender, and the black bean sauce is not overly salty. Singapore Golden Fried Rice is my favorite fried rice EVER!!!I did not get this the last time we went there, but the durian crembulee is to die for [IF you are in favor of durian ðŸ˜. If you don't care for durian, get the regular crembulee].

Had dinner here. Short staffed, but she handled it very well. We had rice plates and they were large serving size. I asked for a little spicy and loved mine. My husband enjoyed his but said his was a little plain. We'd eat here again if we ever stopped back through.

My Mom and I LOVE Shoki !! BEST CHINESE FOOD IN MOUNTAIN HOME!! I love the Spicy Chicken Lo Mein! Light spicy to heavy spicy, best ever!

Robin and the staff are always welcoming and friendly, and the food comforts my homesick soul; it's like having a delicious hawker meal almost 14,000 miles away from home! It's definitely worth the 45 minute drive from Boise.

Wow!!! I did not expect anything like what Shiok is serving. The meal was FANTASTIC, staff are unbelievable, with a great atmosphere. If I ever find myself in this town again this will be my first stop.

Very interesting choices on the menu you not often seen elsewhere. I love that so much about Shiok. Consider their rice along with the orange chicken for a nice surprise.
